Shipping

Following your order confirmation, items are shipped within three business days depending on the time of order. All domestic and international orders are shipped via USPS Ground Advantage or Priority Mail. Unfortunately we are not responsible for lost carrier shipments and stolen packages. Claims must be made by the customer to the appropriate carrier. We do not ship on weekends or holidays.

Returns

We value your satisfaction, however, kindly understand that all sales are considered final. At this time, we do not currently offer refunds, returns, or exchanges. Please bear in mind that our garments are pre-loved and many are over a decade old, hence they may exhibit signs of wear such as dirt, paint, distressing, or other imperfections. Rest assured, each item undergoes a thorough cleaning process to ensure its cleanliness before shipment. Your trust in our commitment to quality is paramount, and we guarantee that no product will be dispatched without undergoing our meticulous cleaning regimen.
